The Outsorcy team has fully integrated into our process and feels like an extension of our own organization. They've helped us build pipeline within a complicated tech stack and consistently bring high energy and professionalism.
Conquer is a U.S.-based enterprise sales engagement platform that helps revenue teams drive predictable growth. As they scaled (including through a major acquisition), they needed fast, flexible talent support, beginning with two very different functions: outbound sales development and Salesforce administration.
Neither was a simple ask. The SDR environment was technically complex and required reps who could ramp fast and communicate clearly inside a multi-tool enterprise stack. The Salesforce need was high-stakes: a multi-org migration following the acquisition, requiring an admin who could speak to executives and deliver without hand-holding.
Conquer's SDR environment wasn't forgiving. The product sits inside a technically complex enterprise sales stack, and reps who couldn't navigate it, or who couldn't communicate about it credibly, would generate noise rather than pipeline. Jim Trimarco needed reps who could integrate into the team and hit the ground running, not ramp over a quarter.
Then came the acquisition. A multi-org Salesforce migration is the kind of project that stalls companies for months when the wrong person owns it. Conquer needed a Salesforce Admin with genuine enterprise-level experience, someone who could run executive conversations, handle complex technical delivery, and turn around requests fast.
Both needs had to be filled quickly. Delays in either would cost deals.
The Outsorcy team feels like an extension of our own organization. They've helped us build pipeline within a complicated tech stack and consistently bring high energy and professionalism.
Conquer hired three SDRs from Kosovo. Each rep embedded into Conquer's sales team, adapted quickly to the complex enterprise workflows, and began generating qualified pipeline within weeks. The environment was technically demanding, and the reps treated it as a challenge to master, not a constraint to work around.
The SDR success reinforced Conquer's confidence in the model and set the stage for Phase 02.
After the SDR engagement, Conquer returned to Outsorcy for a Salesforce Admin to lead the post-acquisition multi-org migration. We placed a qualified admin with genuine enterprise-level experience in under two weeks. She earned the trust of leadership quickly, communicating directly with the CRO and turning around requests the next day.
"Our CRO was impressed — she's able to speak with executive stakeholders and turn around requests the next day. Very happy so far." She is now leading the Salesforce migration for the acquired company.
The two marketing roles Conquer opened after the Salesforce placement became three: Arta Mekuli on content and organic search, Diellza Gojani on design and the brand's look, and Nart Jaha on demand generation and the automations behind it. They work inside Conquer's marketing team, taking direction day to day like anyone else on it.
Over the past year the team built Conquer a steady source of inbound leads where there had been none, doubled organic traffic, and helped launch a new Conquer product along the way.
The three SDRs didn't need Conquer to simplify the environment for them. They adapted to the multi-tool enterprise stack, took ownership of outreach and lead qualification, and built pipeline with the same consistency the in-house team expected of itself.
"They feel like an extension of our own organization." — Jim Trimarco, CRO
Placed in under two weeks, Conquer's Salesforce Admin moved directly into the post-acquisition multi-org migration. She wasn't managed from above. She managed the project herself, communicating directly with the CRO, delivering on tight turnarounds, and earning trust through execution rather than credentials.
"Our CRO was impressed — she's able to speak with executive stakeholders and turn around requests the next day." — Conquer Team
What started as a single SDR engagement grew into a multi-function partnership. After the SDR team delivered, Conquer came back to Outsorcy for a technically demanding Salesforce role. After that delivered, they came back again, this time for a marketing team.
The pattern is a signal: when placements work, clients don't call other vendors for the next role.
The two roles Conquer opened became a three-person team. Over the past year, Conquer's inbound went from zero to a steady source of leads and organic traffic doubled. It started in the interviews. Conquer's team, after one of the first calls:
"We clicked very well and the hire seemed very promising. She took the call on vacation, from her car at the beach — walked me through exec-level projects and multi-channel campaigns. It just shows how serious and talented the people in Kosovo are." — Conquer Team

Arta, Diellza and Nart are the team from Phase 03. The full story of what they built, and how the three of them work, is on the team page.
