The Outsorcy team has been pivotal in helping us meet staffing needs with speed and precision — enabling us to assemble top-tier talent far faster than we could have on our own.
VectorSolv builds warranty-administration software: the platform warranty providers and third-party administrators use to sell warranty contracts, configure programs, process claims and track connected products. Founded in 2020, the company is based in Gatineau, Quebec, across the river from Ottawa.
The product carries its customers’ operations. From 2025, VectorSolv filled engineering seats through Outsorcy.
VectorSolv’s ask was for engineers who work inside the company’s own process and tools, rather than a vendor team working to its own definition of done.
Outsorcy recruits in Kosovo and shortlists against the client’s brief. VectorSolv interviews every candidate and decides who joins. After a hire starts, Outsorcy stays the legal employer and runs the payroll and the employment paperwork, while the work itself runs under VectorSolv’s direction.
Each seat starts as a brief from VectorSolv. Outsorcy recruits against it in Kosovo and sends a shortlist within days; VectorSolv runs the interviews and decides who gets the seat.
The first engineers started in 2025, and VectorSolv continued adding seats into 2026. One of the 2025 placements was a site-reliability seat: Arda Mazreku.
Promoted by the client
Arda Mazreku joined VectorSolv as a Site Reliability Engineer. About a year later, the company moved her into a role leading other engineers.
The SRE seat was one of the 2025 placements. Arda’s work ran under VectorSolv’s direction from day one, and about a year in, the company moved her into the Engineering Team Lead role. Six engineers now report to her.
Outsorcy had no part in the promotion. In this model the client manages and promotes the people it chose; Outsorcy stays the employer in the background.
The first engineers were placed in 2025. VectorSolv continued adding seats through 2026.
