Virta Health is a U.S. company that treats type 2 diabetes and obesity through a nutrition-first program. It sells to health plans and large employers.
Its sales development representatives are employed by Outsorcy in Kosovo and directed by Virta. Virta is one of the healthcare companies that hire healthcare SDRs through Outsorcy.
The team started on 12 January 2026, and outreach began in early February once onboarding was done.
The SDRs are directed by Virta’s sales team. Outsorcy recruited them and employs them, so the contract, payroll and HR sit with Outsorcy.
Ema Fetahi met Lindsey Robinson-Cuny at Virta to agree how the team would be covered in the meantime. They agreed that Altin Gashi from Outsorcy would step into the sales manager role on a temporary basis.
From 27 April, Altin worked with the SDRs every day and joined Virta’s sales meetings, carrying on the coaching and the plans the team was already running. He held the role for six weeks, until the permanent sales manager Virta hired took over. Virta recruited that person itself.
January went on onboarding, so the quarter’s meetings all came from February and March. March was the stronger of the two months.
Once a month Outsorcy asks the client’s supervisor about each person it has placed. Through the first quarter, Virta’s sales manager gave every member of the team the top score.
