Sales teams for companies that sell into healthcare.

Wondr Health and Virta Health both run sales development teams that Outsorcy recruits and employs. The reps work in your CRM, on your sequences, reporting to your sales manager. We handle the employment. You run the work.

Two healthcare companies, both sales development.

Neither is a clinic. Both sell to health plans, employers and provider groups, which is an enterprise sale rather than a self-serve one.

Wondr Health

Digital health · United States

Enterprise demand was outpacing sales capacity. Outsorcy recruited three SDRs and employs them in Kosovo.

Qualified meetings by month across the first full quarter, 254 in total.

Virta Health

Digital health · United States

Virta treats type 2 diabetes and obesity through a nutrition-first program, and sells it to health plans and large employers.

Outsorcy has staffed its sales development team since January 2026. The reps are employed by Outsorcy and directed by Virta, reporting to a sales manager Virta employs.

You choose the person. We employ them.

The same four steps whether the seat is sales development, support or engineering.

01

You send a brief

The role, the stack, the hours you need covered, and what a good first quarter looks like.

02

We recruit and shortlist

Our recruiters work a Kosovo candidate pool. The first shortlist reaches you within days. If it misses, the second one costs nothing.

03

You interview and choose

You run your own interviews and pick the person. Clients almost always do this themselves rather than delegate it.

04

They start on your team

Outsorcy is the legal employer and handles payroll and local compliance. Day to day, they report to you.

Two charges, and the employment is ours.

You pay twice. Once at the start, for the laptop and the rest of the kit, bought to whatever spec you set. Then monthly, for the seat.

The monthly number is the whole relationship. There is no salary to approve, nobody to put on a payroll, and no company to open in Kosovo, because the person works for us and sits with you.

If they turn out to be wrong for the job, we find someone else and you are not charged for it.

Sales development is where the healthcare work sits today.

The other seats run on the same model and the same employment.

Questions healthcare companies ask.

Do you staff clinical roles? +
The seats we fill are commercial and technical: sales development, marketing, customer support, engineering, finance and operations. Clinical hiring is a different business with its own licensing and registration requirements, and it is not what we recruit for.
Who manages the person day to day? +
You do. Outsorcy is the legal employer and handles the contract, payroll and local compliance, while the work is directed by your managers on your process. The arrangement puts no management layer of ours between you and the person.
Where do the people actually sit? +
In Kosovo. We have an office in Pristina with HR on site, and you decide whether the seat is office-based or remote. Where you have no preference, the employee can choose.
How long does it take to fill a seat? +
The first shortlist reaches you within days of the brief. Across our accounts the median from brief to the hire actually working has been about 10 days, though that depends on how quickly interviews get scheduled on your side.
What if the first shortlist misses? +
The second one is free. If it is the hire rather than the shortlist that is wrong, we find someone else at no charge.
Can the reps work U.S. hours? +
Hours are agreed per hire. Kosovo runs six hours ahead of U.S. Eastern, so a shifted day covers a U.S. morning; a European client usually takes local hours instead.
