Engineers who report to your engineering lead.

We recruit an engineer to your spec and employ them. They work in your repositories, join your sprints, and take their tickets from your own technical leadership. You are hiring a person into a seat, not commissioning a project.

VectorSolv, and what a seat can become.

VectorSolv is a Canadian warranty-software company in Gatineau, Quebec. We staff engineering seats there, and the account is the clearest illustration of what an employed seat does that a contract does not.

One of the engineers we placed joined as a site reliability engineer. About a year later VectorSolv promoted her to engineering team lead, and she now leads six engineers. The promotion was VectorSolv’s decision about their own team.

Our healthcare accounts are sales development rather than engineering, and VectorSolv is warranty software rather than health tech. The arrangement is the same in all three.

  • Works inYour repositories, your CI, your ticket tracker, your review culture.
  • Employed byOutsorcy, in Kosovo.
  • Billed asA monthly fee per seat, not a milestone or a deliverable.

What we recruit for.

Scope is up to you. The seats below are the ones we are asked for.

Interoperability and clinical data standards are specific to your product and your obligations. Brief them explicitly and interview against them; we recruit to the spec you set rather than certify anyone against it.

What to check on the shortlist.

You run the technical interviews. These are the checks that matter more than usual when the seat is remote and employed elsewhere.

Up to 70% less than hiring the engineer in the U.S.

One monthly fee for the seat, on a six-month minimum, and either side can end it after that with 60 days’ notice. The healthcare page has the rest of it.

What engineering leaders ask.

Have you placed engineers at a healthcare company? +
Not yet. Our healthcare placements are sales development seats at Wondr Health and Virta Health, and our engineering placements are at accounts in other industries, including VectorSolv. The model is the same one.
Do you manage the engineers? +
No. They report to your engineering leadership and work your process. Outsorcy holds the employment and handles payroll and local compliance; we do not supply a tech lead or own delivery.
Who owns the code? +
You do, once invoices are settled. The work happens in your repositories and the code is yours; the only thing we keep is our own internal tooling, which never ends up in your product.
Can they join our on-call rotation? +
Yes, if you say so up front. Agree the rotation before the offer rather than adding it later.
How much time-zone overlap do we get? +
Kosovo runs six hours ahead of U.S. Eastern, so a shifted day covers a U.S. morning. European clients usually take local hours.
Can one engineer become a team? +
Yes, one brief at a time. Seats are briefed and filled individually rather than sold as a pod.

Send the stack, the seniority and the overlap you need. You will get a shortlist within days.
