Medical device lead generation, staffed rather than retained.

Device sales runs through clinicians, materials management and a value analysis committee, and the field rep who closes it is expensive to have prospecting. We recruit and employ the person who finds and qualifies the meeting so the field rep can take it.

What the rep actually works on.

A device sale has more named stakeholders than most B2B sales, and the top of the funnel is mostly identification work.

01

Find the right site

Which hospitals, surgery centers or clinics actually run the procedure, and at what volume.

02

Find the right people

The clinician who wants it, the department that budgets for it, and the person in supply chain who can block it.

03

Open the conversation

Sequenced outreach on your messaging, into a buying group that expects clinical specifics rather than a pitch.

04

Hand over cleanly

A qualified meeting in your CRM, with the account context written down, for your field or inside rep to take.

The rep does the identification and the first conversation. They do not make clinical claims, and they are not a substitute for the regulatory and clinical review your own team runs.

Two digital health accounts.

Our healthcare accounts are digital health companies rather than device manufacturers. Wondr Health runs three SDRs recruited and employed by Outsorcy; in their first full quarter the team booked 254 qualified meetings, rising from 48 in the first month to 82, then 124. Virta Health has run its sales development team on the same arrangement since January 2026.

We have not staffed a seat at a device manufacturer. The shortlist is where that gets tested: you run the interviews and decide whether the person can hold your conversation.

  • ModelIdentical: we recruit and employ, you interview, choose and direct.
  • Not claimedA device-manufacturer placement, or clinical or regulatory expertise.

Up to 70% less than hiring the rep in the U.S.

One monthly fee for the seat, on a six-month minimum, and either side can end it after that with 60 days’ notice. The healthcare page has the rest of it.

What device teams ask.

Have you staffed a medical device company? +
Not yet. Our healthcare placements are SDR seats at two digital health companies, Wondr Health and Virta Health. The seat and the model are the same; the category experience is not something we are claiming.
Can the rep discuss the product clinically? +
They work your approved messaging and hand the technical conversation to your own people. Anything touching indications, outcomes or regulatory status belongs with the team that owns those claims.
Do they replace our field reps? +
No. The seat exists so the field rep spends their time in the meetings rather than finding them.
Who owns the target list? +
You do, and it is usually the part worth spending time on before anyone is hired. A device list is built from procedure volume and site type, and that knowledge sits with your commercial team, not with a recruiter.
What hours do they work? +
Agreed per placement and written into the brief. Kosovo runs six hours ahead of U.S. Eastern, so a shifted day covers a U.S. morning.
