Outsourcing in the healthcare industry, and the half we do.

Most of what gets called healthcare outsourcing is a vendor taking a function off your hands: billing, coding, claims, a contact centre. That is a real market and it is not ours. We recruit and employ people who join your team and are managed by you.

Handing over a function, or filling a seat.

Both are legitimate, and they fail in different ways. Buying the wrong one is expensive, so it is worth settling before anyone quotes you.

If you want a partner who owns the outcome, you want the left column, and you should buy it from someone who sells it. We would be the wrong choice and would say so on the call.

Which seats we fill.

Commercial and technical roles: sales development, marketing, customer support, engineering, finance and operations. Our healthcare work so far is sales development, at two digital health companies.

Clinical hiring is a different business with its own licensing and registration requirements, and it is not what we recruit for. Nor do we operate a billing, coding or claims service; those are the function-outsourcing column above.

Where a seat would touch patient records, that is a scope conversation to have before a brief rather than after, because it changes what the role can be.

Two digital health accounts.

Wondr Health runs a three-person sales development team recruited and employed by Outsorcy in Kosovo. Virta Health, which treats type 2 diabetes and obesity through a nutrition-first program and sells it to health plans and large employers, has run its sales development team on the same arrangement since January 2026.

In both cases the reps are employed by Outsorcy and directed by the client, on the client’s own sequences and inside the client’s CRM. Neither is a function we run.

Neither is a provider, a payer or a device manufacturer, and we have not staffed one.

What buyers ask at this point.

Do you do medical billing, coding or claims? +
No. Those are function-outsourcing services where a vendor runs the process and answers for its output. We staff people who work under your direction, which is a different arrangement and a different bill.
Can you run our contact centre? +
No. We fill individual support seats that your own managers direct. A managed contact centre with its own supervisors and volume targets is the other column.
Is this offshoring or nearshoring? +
Recruiting and employment happen in Kosovo, in southeastern Europe. Whether that reads as offshore or nearshore depends on where you sit; for a U.S. buyer it is a six-hour time difference from Eastern, and for a European one it is roughly the same working day.
What does it cost? +
One fee at the start for the hire’s kit, then a monthly fee for the seat, which runs up to 70% less than a comparable U.S. hire. The healthcare page has the commitment and the notice period.
Who employs them? +
We do, in Kosovo. You do not need a company there and nobody lands on your payroll.

Not sure which of the two you need?

Describe the work rather than the arrangement, and we will tell you which column it belongs in.
