A virtual executive assistant, employed by us, managed by you.

A virtual assistant service usually sells you a block of hours. Outsorcy hires you a person: we recruit full-time executive assistants in Kosovo, you interview the shortlist and pick yours, and from then on they run your inbox, your calendar and your follow-ups the way you want them run, on your hours. Outsorcy stays their legal employer and runs the payroll, and if the placement does not work out, we replace them at no cost.

How an assistant joins your day.

01

Send the brief.

List the recurring work: inbox triage, scheduling, research, coordination, the loose ends that pile up. That list becomes the role.

02

Interview the shortlist.

Screened for English fluency and EA experience; the shortlist reaches you within days, and you judge the fit yourself. A first list that misses is followed by a free second one.

03

They take the calendar. We keep the payroll.

The median from brief to your assistant working is 10 days. Outsorcy employs them in Kosovo and runs the contract, payroll and compliance; the priorities and the management are yours.

The model

One executive, one assistant, one employer.

01

Full-time, and only yours.

No task marketplace, no shared assistant pool. One person learns your calendar, your contacts and your preferences, and works for nobody else.

02

Live in your working day.

U.S. business hours, so scheduling conflicts, replies and gate-keeping happen while they matter.

03

Employed by Outsorcy in Kosovo.

Contract, payroll and local compliance run through us. You get the assistant without an entity abroad or a household-employer headache.

04

Replacement at no cost.

An assistant who does not work out is replaced at no cost. The same policy covers hiring: a second shortlist is free if the first misses.

What to check before you hire an executive assistant.

Speed

Shortlist within days; the median from brief to a working assistant is 10 days.

Trust

NDAs are standard, and access is granted and revoked by you, account by account.

Structure

Office-based assistants work from our Pristina office, where HR checks attendance. The management is yours.

Scale

Every Outsorcy placement is full-time. If you need part-time or task-based coverage, we are not the right fit.

Pricing

Two charges: a one-time onboarding fee and the monthly fee. Six-month minimum.

This is what we built Outsorcy for.

Who this is for, and who it is not.

A fit

U.S. and European executives who already know what they would hand off: the inbox, the calendar, travel, research, the follow-ups that slip. You will manage the person directly, like any assistant you have hired, and you want a remote executive assistant rather than another U.S. salary line.

Not a fit

If you want to buy tasks by the hour, a fractional assistant, or a service that manages the assistant for you, we are the wrong vendor: Outsorcy places full-time employees only, and the direction is yours. And if you are looking for assistant work rather than hiring, applications go through our jobs page.

Pricing

What a full-time executive assistant costs.

Two charges. A one-time onboarding fee when you confirm your assistant, which buys their equipment to your spec, then a monthly fee with a six-month minimum, and 60 days’ notice to end it after that. Nothing else is itemized on top: recruiting, the employment contract, payroll and compliance in Kosovo are absorbed by Outsorcy. All in, the assistant costs up to 70% less than a comparable U.S. hire.
