THE FOUNDER PHILIPPE MACINA Philippe Macina, founder of Cinephil�San Marino, was born in 1959 in Paris, since 1980 he has attended professional training courses in Paris in the film sector. Working with big names in French cinema such as (Un Pont entre deux rives 1997) made and played by G�rard Depardieu. In 1983 he made his first short film. Since 2000 he has been the full-time director of short films - institutional films - documentaries - docu-fiction - national network commercials. He collaborated for 6 years with the State Office for Tourism of the Republic of San Marino in the organization and realization as Director for the historical re-enactment event of San Marino � The Medieval Days. In 2014 he founded the Cinephil� San Marino company which specializes in the advertising sector, documentaries, fiction, docu-fiction, video productions, institutional videos, commercials, digital post-production, professional video editing, digital audio editing and recording, events and demonstrations, short films, feature films, video clips, action movies, stuntmen, historical re-enactments, FULL HD and 4K. THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE Cinephil� San Marino is a film and television production company, therefore it has a dynamic and highly flexible structure that adapts according to the projects in progress. It is made up of 3 departments: - PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER AREA Composed of specialized figures and expert project managers for the management of Cinephil� San Marino audiovisual projects. - TECHNICAL-CREATIVE AREA The project development area makes use of internal and external collaborators and specialized external companies. Currently the network consists of about 50 professionals. - COMMERCIAL AREA Cinephil� San Marino has a commercial structure made up of representatives in Italy, France, Switzerland and Germany.
