Comnexio

Overview

Active since June 2019, Comnexio is the first-line contact center of ORES, the main Walloon electricity and natural gas distribution network operator serving more than 2.5 million citizens in 75% of Walloon municipalities. Established in Belgium on two operational sites, Gosselies and Eupen, Comnexio is a contact center on a human scale, of quality and proximity. Our hundred dedicated experts offer multilingual service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, guaranteeing the continuity of customer relationship management. Comnexio aims to establish itself as a true partner of public utility companies, by offering services that meet the challenges they face and the expectations of Walloon citizens.
