From 2 employees in Ranheim in 2010 to over 140 employees with offices located in Trondheim, Oslo and Gothenburg, today we work closely with dozens of exciting partners in the Nordics! Everything from small premises to the largest banking groups. Our 4 largest business areas can be summarized as follows: Customer center We work with incoming and outgoing customer dialogue via phone, chat, email and SMS and have a self-developed CRM that can be tailored to the activity to be carried out and gives you as the client live access to the activity. Consultant hire There is a great demand for fully trained customer consultants who can answer the phone straight away, when Consort also works with activities in-house within their industry, it means that our partners get fully trained customer consultants with experience from their industry - then we are talking about an efficient start-up! Insurance mediation, banking and finance Consort has its own department that works with insurance mediation, is a FinAut partner and can authorize its own insurance advisers. We also have a wide range of services for banking & finance and currently work with the majority of banks in Norway to fulfill AML requirements and implemented proactive activities to increase loyalty and customer influx. Competence development Sales courses, coaching, webinars, e-learning, Consort has over the years built up so much competence in both sales, development and management at several levels that we are happy to share our recipe for success.
