We are engaged experienced direct robust and analytical. The company has two partners Rita Granlund and Geir Julsvoll. Both are state authorised public accountants and former PWC partners. With long experience supporting small and big including listed companies we can deliver within our fields of competence. We are used to working in teams with our customers lawyers banks and other consultants. We will be the extra resource that may contribute to progression and implementation. Choosing auditor can be a demanding process especially for larger companies. The new audit legislation asks for increased scrutiny of the formal election process. Choosing an auditor is not a yearly process and will often come on the top of all other activities. We can help in all sequences of the process until the final choice. Startup companies often need support from people with the right experience. We can effectively help a new business both on the business side and in ensuring the laws and regulations are being followed. With our competence and experience we can support with establishing the company financial advice risk management and internal control and regulatory advice including stakeholder management. We may also offer temporary operational support.
