Our business has two main lines: 1) Strategic and Financial Advisory - we get hired on specific projects 2) CFO as a service (aka CFO for hire or CFO on demand) - we get retained for to cover the CFO role in companies that do not require a full-time coverage of the position but still want to access high level international expertise and best practices in their financial thinking and operations.
