Mr. Pattalock has over 25 years of experience in real estate development, land, water, and mineral resource development. An economic geologist by education and a businessman by career, he has experience in raw land development, water rights, mining, and exploration./nCurrently, he is General Manager and Member of Heinz Ranch Land Company, LLC, which is developing the 1,737 acre Heinz Ranch as the 5,000 unit StoneGate Master Planned Community. As a leader on a team of professionals, Mr. Pattalock has helped lead the development of the foremost master-planned community in Northern Nevada from raw land acquisition through equity commitments, agency entitlements, government relations, project design, and market positioning to utility infrastructure design and construction.
