.LawyersInHouse.com is a virtual law firm comprised of former in-house counsel. We are committed to increasing diversity and inclusion within the legal industry. Over 90% of our lawyers are women and over 25% of our people are BIPOC. We are WBE Canada certified and as such qualify as a diverse supplier. We also have a strategic partnership with the Canadian National Institute for the Blind where we support visually impaired entrepreneurs and business owners as well as employ visually impaired lawyers and paralegals. By creating a flexible, collaborative "anti-firm", we believe we are creating a space for lawyers who feel they do not fit or do not feel they can thrive within the legal industry as it is currently structured.
