Overview

A unique procedure for evaluating professional competencies and selected areas of personality, which was developed in cooperation with a university and is composed of "professional competence profile" and "personal competence profile". Conducted by two experienced management consultants in a trust-building, appreciative atmosphere at eye level, we achieve the highest level of acceptance, realism and openness among our discussion partners.
