Kadiak, LLC is an 8(a) and HUBZone certified wholly owned subsidiary of Koniag, Inc., an Alaska Native Corporation formed pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) of 1971. The KGS provides business systems support to Kadiak for personnel recruiting, finance & accounting, human resources, legal, risk management, and corporate oversight. KGS companies support a variety of federal government contract needs. Kadiak’s focus is on Legal services, Management and Administrative Support, and Government Audit Services.
