Montana One Call Center is the largest privately held answering service in Western Montana, owned and operated since 1985 by Doug Johns. /nDoug was born and raised in Montana, graduating from Montana State University in Agriculture Economics. Doug grew the Montana One Call business out of a classic telephone cord-board system into the highly sophisticated system it is today. Doug usually answers the office phone. He strongly believes in hometown values and knowing his customers.
