Procall d.o.o. (LLC) found its way to this segment and has been working professionally and successfully, thanks to its founders� experience, in the German market, representing its business partners� interests. The syntagm � sit in Croatia and work in Germany � best describes the essence and the character of our business. Currently, our twenty employees work on the various projects. As a part of a call centres group seated in Hamburg, Sarajevo, Mostar and Belgrade, with more than 250 employees in total, Procall d.o.o. (LLC) Zagreb holds its position of a high quality, accountable partner with a number of reputable companies such as RWE Group (Innogy), e:veen Energie AG, eprimo GmbH, O2 GmbH Germany, SWP Pforzheim GmbH & Co. KG. Depending on projects which may include incoming or outgoing calls, we specialize in the following activities: Sales � professional sales of products and services; end users� support, Receiving orders � answering phone calls by potential customers, data selection and processing, Marketing � informing clients on the characteristics of products and services, positioning on the market, Market research � interviewing clients and collecting comments on quality, price and other characteristics of products and services, Technical support � training and professional technical support for a range of activities, Scheduling � scheduling meetings for sales representatives� presentations and overall sales promotion. Procall experts, as well as recognized sales coaches from abroad, with whom we have established collaboration, oversee the employees� professional training. Through continuous learning and training, our primary goal is to maintain and enhance the quality of our work which guarantees successful business.
