Overview

Samres was started in Lund in 1993 and is today an international company with around 400 employees. Our focus is to help our client's customers, regardless of whether it concerns booking a trip, getting help from customer service or obtaining support to be able to carry out an errand. We specialize in socially critical services and annually handle approximately 6 million cases for clients in both the private and public sectors.
