SMARTER is an outsourcing call center with representative offices in St. Petersburg, Pskov, Penza, Serdobsk, Kuznetsk, Veliky Novgorod, Vologda, Tolyatti, Stavropol and Shymkent. 10 years ago we were a very small team of 30 people. Today there are almost 2000 of us.
