Overview
Southwest Answering Services began providing basic telephone answering services to businesses in Lake Charles, LA. In 1993, the Vincent family purchased Southwest Answering Services with plans to expand the capabilities of the company. Company installed the first digital telephone answering service system in Southwest Louisiana and began providing a variety of call support services ranging from emergency dispatch to event registrations to traditional telephone answering services.
