Work with the executive team to define roles, write job descriptions, coach the team on interviewing, make the company more marketable, find the right candidates, do the phone screens, do the face-to-face interviews, help with hiring decisions, help with offer letters, etc. We have done standard contingency, retainer, and hourly based work. It really depends on what is the best fit for the client. We charge the industry average for each but we go FAR beyond what a normal recruiter does./n
