Most of us work from Pristina, where we were born and built our talent network on the ground. The rest of us are in the US, in Denver, Dallas, and Boulder. The recruiting happens where the talent is, so we know who is good and why.
Outsorcy was started by six founders who had built and sold software and run a venture fund focused on the future of work, so they knew what the bar looks like when a client is hiring. Everyone who has joined since does the work that builds the teams: sourcing, vetting, and supporting the people we place.
What we do is build dedicated teams in Kosovo and across Eastern Europe for companies in the US and the UK. The people we place go to work for one client and get to know it, not for us. We hire for those teams the way we hired for our own, and we back the people we choose.
