ARCUS NET (previously Fluctus Marketing, merged with Arcus Net Ltd in September 2015), was primarily created as a provider of call centre activities and management support for various customers.
Today the company offers services to customers in various business sectors ranging from energy suppliers (gas and electricity), renewable energy, sales of frozen food, telephony, the production and distribution of coffee, telecommunications (Internet, TV) and more.

Our story begins in 2017. when we founded the company with goal of employment intermediation, call center service and language school. 5 years later we have over 100 employees in total which actively work on achieving goals of our clients. We specialize in the German-speaking area and in this geographical part of the German language we have our permanent long-term partners. We are always open to new challenges and projects.
Each of our employees is given the opportunity to work from home or office, and is provided with IT equipment to work with.
In this way, we enabled uninterrupted work from home under the same technical conditions as in the office, especially during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.
A team of IT experts within the company works every day on the quality and safety of our projects.
