Lang Development Group
Lang Development Group (LDG) is a full-service real estate acquisition, development, and property management company located in Newark, Delaware. Our offices are in an old mill building just off of Paper Mill Road in a project that was redeveloped in the late 1990’s known as NVF. Lang Development’s portfolio includes 25 projects under management or development, consisting of over 350,000 square feet of commercial space and over 220 residential units. We continue to focus on projects in the local Newark area and foresee growing our portfolio to over 300 units and 500,000 square feet of commercial space in the next five years. We have a number of longtime associates within the organization who create a great deal of depth to the company, and we pride ourselves on having a full-service, full-time maintenance staff to handle the needs of our tenants.
