Southeast Venture, LLC
Southeast Venture is a 34-year old full-service real estate company with experience in the sales, leasing, development, design, and management of Commercial Property throughout Middle Tennessee. Formed in 1981, our Nashville-based firm is led by principals who own the company. Many of our professionals have backgrounds in corporate retail-chain growth, restaurants, banking, architecture, design, and engineering. We employ a team approach to a project's objective, which allows clients to benefit from the diversity of our experience. We divide our business into 4 service areas: Commercial Brokerage, Development, Design, and Property Management. Each works independently on projects. Our Brokerage group is the largest division, made of 12 independent agents and is ranked as the 8th largest CRE firm in Nashville and is proud to be ranked #1 in Retail transactions. Our Design group is a full service Architecture and interior design firm. We design office buildings, medical facilities, apartment and condominium projects. Our Development group is primarily responsible for Fee-Based development consulting work for outside owners. Our Property Management group provides annual budgeting and property management services for many commercial Office parks, Office and Industrial buildings. At Southeast Venture, we think like owners and pride ourselves on our ability to look at the big picture and fully evaluate properties to get the most out of a project for the owner. We consider it our role to act as a fiduciary, making the interests of our client's our own.
Arbor
It was 1977 when John Gust began his first commercial development project. Now, 30 years later, that project is still standing strong – as is Arbor Homes, which John formed in the early 1990s. Today, John is CEO and his son Cory is president. Prior to beginning his first commercial development project in the 1970s, John worked as Director of Facilities and Maintenance for Salt Lake County and Director of Salt Lake City Parks and Recreation. This experience continues to help him in his knowledge and understanding of the relationship between businesses and government. Over the past 30 years, Gust and his partners have developed more than 23 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space, as well as almost 3,000 residential lots and homes. Arbor has worked with major tenants including Kennecott Copper Corporation, Packard Bell, Smith's Food, Petco, Applebee's, Albertsons, Dollar Tree, Carl's Jr, Walgreens and Lowe's. Arbor is also proud to be a strong supporter of local privately owned businesses. The Arbor team brings a tremendous amount of experience to the construction, development and government side of their businesses as well as managing and maintaining their properties. TERRA Site Development, Inc.
TERRA is an employee-owned civil engineering / site design and land surveying consulting firm that is unique by providing "turn-key" services from due-diligence, site design and construction services. /n/nAt TERRA we pride ourselves with in-house engineering experts that collaborate in a design team to specifically look for value engineering opportunities. Furthermore, the cross-over of our various services we offer in house allows us to be extremely cost effective. In addition, we save our clients considerable coordination time and money by not having to contract with several independent consulting firms. Grace Development is a Nashville based real estate management company that has been working in commercial and residential real estate for over 20 years. The company manages properties in Tennessee, Texas, Florida, and Colorado. The company helps in numerous fashions including landlord leasing, property management, new construction, renovation, and accounting.
