How the team grew

Artan joined Conquer's support team in February 2025. Conquer expanded the team in May 2026 and added Almedin, also in Tier 1 support.

How the team works

Artan and Almedin take direction from Conquer day to day, like anyone else on its support team. Joel has visited the Outsorcy office in Kosovo and met Artan in person.
