Dedicated Talent / Professions / React & Full-Stack Developers

Hire a React developer you interview and direct.

We recruit React and full-stack developers from Pristina, where the ICT workforce runs 11,000 to 13,000 people deep. You send us the stack and what the seat should own; we send back a shortlist you can put through your own technical interview. The developer you pick ships in your repo, in your sprint, under your tech lead, and Outsorcy stays their legal employer, so a placement that does not work out is replaced at no cost.

The difference

An engineer on your team, not a dev shop.

You are not buying a project or a deliverable. You are hiring a specific React or full-stack developer you interviewed, who works in your codebase under your tech lead, employed by Outsorcy, so there is no entity, foreign payroll or compliance exposure on your side.

01

React and front-end: product UI in React, TypeScript, Next.js.

02

Full-stack: one owner from component to API to query.

03

Back-end: services, integrations and data pipelines.

04

DevOps and SRE: CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, reliability.

From brief to a developer in your repo.

01

Send the brief.

The stack, the codebase context, and what the seat should own. Name the non-negotiables: React depth, TypeScript, your review bar. That brief is what we screen against.

02

Interview the shortlist.

Candidates are screened for English fluency and hands-on work in your stack, and the shortlist reaches you within days. You run the technical interview and choose. If nobody clears your bar, the second shortlist costs nothing.

03

They ship. We stay the employer.

The median from brief to your developer working is 10 days. Outsorcy employs them in Kosovo and runs payroll and compliance; the sprint, the tickets and the code review stay yours.

Who this is for, and who it is not.

A fit

Product teams with an existing codebase and someone who owns engineering. You have a tech lead or CTO to direct the work and a backlog that outruns the team; the open seat is a developer who ships under your process, at up to 70% less than a comparable U.S. hire.

Not a fit

If you want a vendor to estimate a project, own delivery and hand back a finished build, that is a dev shop, and Outsorcy is not one. Our developers work under your direction; we do not manage the roadmap and we do not sell project outcomes. Building a whole team rather than one seat? The dedicated development team page covers that setup.

Screened on the stack you already ship.

Pricing

What a dedicated developer costs.

Priced as employment, not as an agency rate card.

A one-time onboarding fee when you confirm your developer, which buys their equipment to your spec. For engineers that usually means the laptop’s cores and RAM, plus the peripherals.

Then a monthly fee. The seat runs up to 70% less than a comparable U.S. hire.

Included in the employment, never itemized:
  • Recruiting and the shortlists
  • The employment contract and legal employer duties in Kosovo
  • Payroll and local compliance
  • A desk in our Pristina office with HR on-site, if you want the seat office-based
  • Replacement at no cost if it does not work out

Where this is already working.

VectorSolv, a warranty-software company, has filled engineering seats through Outsorcy since 2025. One of them, Arda M., joined as a Site Reliability Engineer; about a year later, VectorSolv promoted her to Engineering Team Lead, and she now leads six engineers there. That promotion was the client’s decision to make, because the work runs under their direction from day one. Read Arda’s story.

What clients say.

Quotes from companies in the U.S. and the UK that we hire for. Each one links to its case study.

“I was actually amazed by how quick the whole process was. We had three interviews in just one hour — and the following week, our new sales exec started.”
